Position Overview

We have an exclusive opportunity for you to join the team at Ryan Mason State Farm. In this role, you will work closely with the Agent to gain hands-on experience and develop the skills necessary to become a successful insurance representative. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the agent to acquire new customer accounts.
  • Market State Farm products based on customer needs. 
  • Continually learn our insurance products, market trends, and regulations to set yourself apart in the industry.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing them with personalized insurance solutions that exceed their expectations.
  • Utilize your exceptional sales skills to generate leads, follow up on referrals, and conduct targeted outreach to potential customers.
  • Attend company sponsored training sessions and workshops to enhance your product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements

  • A proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on exceeding targets and delivering exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, allowing you to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • A self-motivated and driven attitude, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
  • Proficiency in learning and using computer systems and software.
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry is highly preferred but not required.
